Virtual Design and Construction Manager
Patrick manages a team of CAD Technicians that specialize in scanning, modeling, coordinating, spooling, and performing point layout for mechanical and plumbing systems.
In an effort to keep Tucker Mechanical ahead of the market, Patrick is continuously defining new systems and procedures for the CAD department and working to ensure his team is utilizing the latest in programs and workflows.
Equipped with more than 35 years of experience in the mechanical and plumbing industry, Patrick started his career as a union sheet metal worker. Since then, he has held roles in project management, estimation, coordination, and detailing for leading mechanical contractors.
Patrick has built extensive hands-on expertise in a variety of markets, working on everything from high-rise offices and schools to labs, hospitals, and power plants. He has vast knowledge of cutting-edge virtual design software, including but not limited to: Revit, Navisworks, Recap, Trimble RealWorks, and BIM 360, as well as other fabrication and estimation programs.
Additionally, for the past five years Patrick has been a member of the Heating, Cooling and Sheet Metal licensing board for the State of Connecticut, and a member of the Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning Contractors' National Association for over two decades.
Patrick enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter, and son. His hobbies include exercising, golfing, and playing piano.
