General Manager, Service
As General Manager of Service, Ben is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Service Department. He provides overall management for sales, operations, administrative, and technical services.
Since joining Tucker Mechanical in 2013, Ben has helped recruit, develop, and lead a growing team of highly talented individuals that share his customer-focused vision.
Ben has over 28 years of experience working in the HVAC industry.
Ben started his career as a service technician, acquiring indispensable hands-on experience. For the past decade, he has been involved in departmental management roles, providing him the opportunity to build both technical and business expertise and arming him with knowledge of both aspects of the industry.
Ben is a licensed Unlimited Heating, Piping, and Cooling Journeyman and holds a Universal Refrigerant Recovery Certification, OSHA 30 Certificate, and many other manufacturer training certificates.
Ben is married with two children. He enjoys spending quality time with his family, as well as fishing, golfing, playing guitar, hiking, and running.
