Field Labor Manager

As Field Labor Manager, Bryan is responsible for all field craft labor, which includes Tucker Mechanical’s welding and plumbing fabrication shops. 

Bryan coordinates closely with Tucker’s senior management, Estimating department, project managers, and superintendents to help ensure our work force is always prepared with the proper training and certifications. His oversight of tool and equipment deliveries helps facilitate efficient and effective workflow between our distribution centers and job sites.

Expertise

Bryan has spent the entirety of his 25+ year career with Tucker Mechanical. He joined the team as a journeyman, working his way up through the ranks to his current position. 

Bryan has led several, major mechanical projects at facilities across Connecticut, developing expertise working in casinos, pharmaceutical facilities, universities, hospitals, nuclear plants, and more. 

Bryan is a 21-year member of Connecticut UA Local 777 and has a position on the union’s Joint Apprenticeship Training Committee. Additionally, he holds plumbing, heating, and medical gas licenses with the State of Connecticut.

The Personal Side

Bryan spends his free time camping and enjoying the beach with family, volunteering with local Little League baseball, and working on landscaping and carpentry projects around the house.
