Human Resources Manager
As Human Resources (HR) Manager, Kristina’s responsibilities include implementing company policies and procedures and coordinating HR activities such as employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, training, and employee services.
Kristina is also the company’s Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Officer. In this role, she monitors and evaluates compliance with equal opportunity laws, guidelines, and policies to ensure that employment practices and contracting arrangements give equal opportunity without regard to race, religion, color, national origin, sex, age, or disability.
Kristina has close to 20 years in the industry, all of which have been with the Tucker Mechanical team.
Kristina mastered the mechanical contracting industry from the bottom up, working in every Tucker department which has helped her understand our business as a whole. Her thorough knowledge of the company and its employees has played a significant role in her contribution to our continued success. Kristina holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from Central Connecticut State University. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
Kristina enjoys spending free time with her family, going to concerts, and photography. She is a huge animal lover and has three dogs at home.
