Customer Service Manager / Marketing
Kristen plays a vital role in building and maintaining Tucker Mechanical’s customer relationships, while also supporting marketing initiatives which grow our business.
Kristen regularly conducts business reviews to ensure customer satisfaction. She coordinates the maintenance of our website, social media presence, and promotional materials. She implements strategies that strive to create a productive and motivating work environment for the service and sales team, and, as the department grows, she is focusing on methods to streamline service procedures for efficiency.

Kristen has worked in the industry for 15 years. She has held a variety of administrative roles, including positions in payroll, human resources, customer service, and marketing. Throughout her career, she has gained experience leading large teams, conducting trainings, and managing duties across different departments and offices.
Kristen has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Rhode Island, where she double majored in economics and Spanish.
Kristen is married with two children. She enjoys spending her free time with her family and their three golden retrievers and loves visiting the coast of Maine.
