In his role as Director of Safety and Risk Management, Jason’s responsibilities include overseeing Tucker Mechanical’s compliance with local, corporate, and federal safety regulations.
Jason develops, implements, and oversees all of our health and safety programs. He is responsible for managing worker’s compensation, automotive, and general liability claims. He also participates in pre-construction, coordination, and execution of on-site safety plans for Tucker Mechanical and our subcontractors.
Expertise
Jason has worked in safety and claims management in the construction industry for nearly 20 years. His career began on the The Big Dig in Boston, MA, before moving into safety management roles for multiple leading construction firms.
Jason has been responsible for an array of multi-million-dollar projects, led regional safety programs managing multiple subsidiaries, and overseen a company-wide contractor controlled insurance program (CCIP).
Jason holds a bachelor’s degree in safety with a minor in business management from Keene State College. He is an OSHA 500 Authorized Construction Trainer, as well as a Certified CPR and First Aid instructor, and holds a variety of other certifications related to the industry.
The Personal Side
Jason enjoys spending his free time with his wife and their two children. He is an avid soccer player, goalkeeping in multiple leagues year-round.
