As Controller, Enza is responsible for leading and assisting with a variety of budgeting, accounting, and financial tasks.
A team player, Enza works closely with our CFO to complete monthly close, in order to ensure all accounting policies are being followed. She also collaborates with accounts payable and the CFO to develop monthly budget forecasts which helps guarantee positive cash management.
Additionally, Enza oversees all aspects of accounts payable and handling the tax exemption requirements for all projects and the service department.

Enza leverages a wealth of financial expertise and accounting experience acquired over the course of her decade-long career. She is especially equipped to handle the needs of construction companies, having spent well over half of her career working in the industry.
Enza is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of Connecticut.
